I Dream Of A Corruption Free India

Narendra Modi scraps 500 and 1000 rupee notes
Not Just A Piece Of Paper (2016)

I dream of a better India all the time. An India that is clean, green, honest and corruption free. I yearn to see politicians and bureaucrats who work hard for people’s welfare. Corruption is a cancer that has spread its tentacles to all walks of our lives, preventing this great country from becoming a poverty-free, forward-looking developed nation. So, I welcome any move that aims to curb this menace.

I want to hear your experiences on bribes and facing corruption. And your thoughts on the currency demonetization. Tell me.

  1. What a brilliant move by the PM all said and done he’s doing things as opposed to goverments doing nothing! 👍👍

  2. Innumerable instances where I’ve had to bribe to get things done at govt offices. It’s sickening! I too welcome all initiatives to check this social evil!

  3. In India the big fish always seem to get away. This Chalta Hai attitude needs to go and so does the Jugaad culture. I hope it happens in our lifetime.
