Wishing everyone a very happy Sankranthi/Pongal/Lohri.
It doesn’t feel like a festival without festive food and more so this pandemic year because it’s not like we can spend it with family and friends. This year’s Sankranthi is also made extra special because not only did I make a festive lunch but a dear friend brought us their festive food (top left) Pongal, Avial, Sweet Pongal, Chikkis and Vadas. I made Pongal, Carrot Kosambari, Beans, Boiled Peanuts, Peanut Chutney and Coconut chutney. (Bottom right)
